Cigar.com Blue Label
Cigar.com Blue label, enjoyed at my friend Mike’s place.
I love how well cigar.com’s house labels burn, they hold onto the ash well! This was a pleasingly mild cigar, but it didn’t offer any unique flavours that stayed with me while smoking. The taste is a toast and walnut flavor, quite dry, without any pepper or harshness.
The aroma is cool and very sweet smelling, vanilla and caramel like, with some cinnamon and other light spice notes added. It’s quite enjoyable.
Updated on December 12th with Gordo size:
Overall the robusto it was an uninteresting stick compared to the Gordo. In the larger size, the aroma is much more noticeable and enjoyable. The taste is lighter in the Gordo, but this cigar doesn’t offer much in that anyway. Both forms remained consistent throughout the smoke. The Gordo makes for an enjoyable, light smoke with a very pleasing aroma.
