Cohiba XV
Slowly getting back into Maduro wrappers. The aroma off those is really sweet and delectable. But I’m finding, the taste isn’t.
The story behind these XV’s is pretty cool, the wrapper leaf is picked from the top of the tobacco plant, which limits production greatly, and ages 3 years.
This is a full-bodied cigar, and I did pretty well with it. However, I got nothing from the taste but harsh tobacco. The aroma was very nutty and chocolaty, just great to enjoy.
That’s OK, the Cohiba line is pretty pricey, so I’m not worried that I don’t really enjoy this one.
