Drew Estate Acid 5

Finally, a version of their Kuba/1400CC cigar without a highly sweetened tip makes this cigar perfect. I always loved the aroma from their ACID 1400CC cigar, and this 5-year anniversary edition doesn’t fail with that. I can now enjoy the taste without an overdose of sugar.

The draw is very smooth as with the original, and just a very pleasing, mild cigar to enjoy. Not overly powerful with any of the tastes, it’s well balanced and thoroughly complex from the infused process.

The CAO ACID Moon Trance was a cigar that got me back into smoking cigars. Their ACID 1400CC was a follow-up stick that I really enjoyed and was my first box purchase. However, as my cigar-experience continued, I quickly found I didn’t enjoy the highly-sugary sweetened tip of the Kuba line, I felt it masked any taste the cigar had to offer, but I still enjoy smoking them because of the rich, complex aroma that they produce.
