Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur

Wow, right after lighting this up, I fell in love with this cigar. It has a very cuban heritage in its blend, and thus reminds me of the Cigar.com Cuban Label I like so much.

Initially it has some peppery and harshness to the taste, but that quickly gives was to a great sweet, caramel taste that lasts the duration of the smoke. The pepperyness does rear up occasionaly, but never in an overwhelming way.

The aroma is excellent. Sweet, caramel, floral to a point, and very indepth to explore.The draw is quite smooth.

The perfect cigar to my tastes, and priced well at just under a hundred for a box. I’ll be picking that up in the very near future!
