La Perla Habana

I’ve been looking forward to smoking a La Perla for a while, they get some good reviews, and the artwork on the label & merch is gorgeous.

It was an enjoyable smoke, quite mild but a great consistent flavor of cocoa & coffee; overall it’s sweet. The aroma is also sweet with an ever present tobacco presence. The draw was also consistently smooth.

For $50 a box, it’s a good regular cigar. Not too much in the way of any one overpowering flavor, but something to definitely purchase again at this price, but maybe not an entire box.
