Perdomo Crand Cru 2004 Semilla Habano
Upon instant light, a thick, rich cloud was unleashed from this stoagie. A nice creamy taste with a hint of nuttyness and a light peppery undertone quickly flooded my mouth, and that taste remained solidly consistent through the smoke up until the final 3rd. The armoa was pleasingly sweet with a milky, vanilla-like scent with once again, some toasted nuttyness mixed in. The draw was very smooth and giving.
Overall, a nice solid smoke with an enjoyably sweet aroma. The taste is a bit rough with a hotness to it that wasn’t overly interesting for most of the smoke, and unfortunatly, makes this not a not quite a repeat. The cigar did mellow out towards the final third with the harshness, I wish it was like this the entire smoke.
